About the role:
As an IT Officer at Dawgen Global, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing our technology infrastructure. You will work closely with our clients, helping them to optimize their business processes and performance through innovative IT solutions. You’ll also actively participate in the business development, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth and strategic direction of our Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the design and implementation of IT systems and network solutions.
- Regularly liaise with clients to identify their needs, offer tailored IT solutions and ensure their satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development, identifying potential clients and working to secure their business.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in IT to provide suitable recommendations.
- Collaborate with other team members on projects and tasks to drive the strategic direction of the Technology Department.
- Ensure the security of our IT systems, maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in an IT role, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrable business development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional client management and communication skills.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
