Position: Valuation Surveyor
Our client, an esteemed Real Estate Dealership specializing in Appraisals/Valuations, Sales, Leases, and Rentals, is seeking an experienced Valuation Surveyor to join their team full-time in Kingston.
Qualifications:
- BSc or Diploma in Land Economy Valuation Surveying
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a private or public organization
- Reliable Motor Vehicle
Responsibilities in Your New Role:
- Conduct valuations across a range of property types, including residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial holdings, retail spaces, and specialized premises.
- Work with a diverse client base to provide accurate and professional valuation services.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and actively contribute to the firm’s development.
