We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Client Services Division.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Kingston, Jamaica
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services Division
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle client inquiries and communications professionally
- Maintain and update client files and databases
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports for clients
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the team
- Support event planning and coordination as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Relevant educational background or certifications are a plus
