About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.

• Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

• Support performance management processes and employee relations activities.

• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data management.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.

• Coordinate training and development programs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
