We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Client Services Division.

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Kingston, Jamaica

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services Division
  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle client inquiries and communications professionally
  • Maintain and update client files and databases
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and reports for clients
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the team
  • Support event planning and coordination as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Relevant educational background or certifications are a plus

Starting his public accounting career in the audit department of a “big four” firm (Ernst & Young), and gaining experience in local and international audits, Dr. Brown rose quickly through the senior ranks and held the position of Senior consultant prior to establishing Dawgen.
