This role focuses on optimizing daily HR processes, managing recruitment efforts, and implementing strategic HR plans and technologies tailored to client needs.

- Assist with recruitment, training, and personnel management for clients.

- Create and integrate policies aligned with client objectives.
- Select and implement HR technologies, such as recruitment platforms and payroll systems.
- Establish control systems to ensure compliance with HR practices and business processes.
- Evaluate and enhance existing HR systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and propose innovative ideas.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant.
- Project management expertise, preferably in HR-related fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, functions, and best practices.
- Proficiency in research methods and data analysis.
- Tech-savviness with hands-on experience using HR IT tools (e.g., job boards, payroll software).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop business plans and HR proposals.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
